    These people are so very nice and helpful...everyone who worked there was friendly and seemed happy. Both Mercedes and Rigoberto went above and beyond! Not the closest McDonald's to my house but I would go out of the way to give them my business

    Thank you Macdonnald's for having free bathroom. I was driving and I really need to use the restroom and ended up here. I was impressed how clean their bathroom was.

    Most terrible service I have experienced not even ihop has this bad service, they acted like we couldn't speak proper English, overall terrible.

    YESENIA IS A MANAGER? She is the cause of the 1 and a half star on Yelp! This person shouldnt even be in charge of french frys. She is as incompetent as 10 year old and rude as they come. Ripped me off for a lot of food I orderd and paid for and never got to eat. Hung up rather than helpong a customer off the ledge. Based on all the reviews I assume the owner Mercedes either doesn't know how to go on Yelp or doesn't care either. As a business owner I would fire her and others after reading all the negative reviews. Consumers opinions are the only ones that matter because they keep the doors open. Shame. Next stop tomorrow I will be calling the McDonald's franchise board to make them aware of how this store is helping destroy their brand.

    This was one of the worst fast food experiences I have had. On way to work wanted to pick up food for crew .  Ordered  4 sandwiches 1 coke. They asked me to park. 12 min went by so I went inside.  Asked for money back.  No one would acknowledge my request I think there was a communication barrier.  I proceeded to leave without food in disgust. Won't be back to this McDonald's. Hope they maybe get more employees to cook so the manager can manage.  Owner should be concerned for there buisness success.
